At RebornDols.com, your satisfaction means everything to us. Each of our reborn dolls is crafted with care, and we stand behind the quality of our products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, please review our return policy below.


 1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The doll arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the description or photos.

  • You contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • The doll is unused, in original condition, with all packaging and accessories.

❗ Custom or personalized dolls are non-refundable, except in cases of damage or major defects.


 2. How to Request a Return

To start a return, please email us at info@reborndols.com with the following:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos of the issue

  • A brief explanation of the problem

Our team will review your request and provide you with instructions and a return address (please do not return to the shipping label address).


 3. Who Pays for Shipping?

  • If the issue is our fault (wrong item, defect, damage), we’ll cover the return shipping costs or offer a replacement at no extra charge.

  • If you change your mind or ordered the wrong item, you are responsible for the return shipping. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.


 4. Refunds & Replacements

  • Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Refunds go back to your original payment method.

  • You may also request a replacement or store credit, depending on your preference.


 5. What Can’t Be Returned?

We do not accept returns on:

  • Custom-made or personalized reborn dolls (unless damaged)

  • Dolls that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery

  • Clearance, final-sale, or mystery box items


 6. Tips for a Smooth Return

  • Always use a tracked shipping method for returns—we’re not responsible for lost or uninsured packages.

  • Pack the doll carefully to avoid damage during return shipping.

  • Contact us before sending anything back—unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
